Lublin, ul. Nałęczowska 18
Apartamenty Nałęczowska is an investment located on the premises of the former MPK depot, at the intersection of ul. Nałęczowska and al. Kraśnicka. It was built in a new development zone, as part of a modern and prestigious complex, combining office, service and residential functions.
As part of the investment, two seven-storey residential buildings were built – a total of 157 apartments, of a higher standard, with areas ranging from 22 to 117 square meters.
The ground floor is a separate office and service zone, with a total area of over 1,785 square meters.
The investment is distinguished by modern architecture and a functional and well-thought-out spatial layout. The body of the buildings is finished with natural materials, i.e. stone, glass, aluminum and metal. A courtyard has been separated in the center, inaccessible to outsiders, creating a rest-friendly zone, from which you can get to individual staircases. An additional attractiveness is the green zone, guaranteed by the provisions of the spatial plan, located on the south side.
The buildings are equipped with comfortable, silent elevators, also accessible from the level of the underground garages. Security is ensured by security, with a switchboard located at the reception.
The attractive location of the investment guarantees very good communication with the main arteries, and the short distance from the city center allows you to enjoy all its charms.
The investment has great access to commercial and service infrastructure, educational institutions, medical care centers and recreation centers.
